When you purchase or make enquiries about tickets or other products and services, information about you may be requested. Personal Information can be collected when you deal with us in person, via telephone, letter, fax or email. Where practical, we will collect personal information directly from you.

What personal information do we collect?
Information that we require in regards to your travel booking. This can be but is not limited to your name (as per passport), mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card number and expiry date, passport details, dietary requirements (if any) and any health issues relevant to your travel.

When we act as agent
We usually act as an agent for wholesalers or provider of products and services that we sell. This means that personal information collected is for our internal purposes and also for the internal purposes of the parties for whom we act as agent. The consent you give for us to collect this personal information, equally applies to the parties whose products and services we sell.

How do we use personal information?
Personal information collected will only be used to provide you with travel and travel related products and services.
