Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

Prices:
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or changed without notice.

Credit Card Transactions:
Payment by Credit Card will attract a surcharge.

Cancellation & Amendment Fees:
Cancellation & Amendment Fees will apply, once you have made payment.
In case of a cancellation, the refund minus the cancellation fee can only be made once we have received the funds from the relevant supplier.

Travel Documents:
Travel documents may consist out of (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to conditions and restrictions (without limitation) such as being non refundable, non changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. Travel documents are non transferable and all airlines tickets must be issued in the name of the passport or your booking may not be valid.

Travel Insurance:
Insurance is so important when traveling. Travel insurance provides cover when the premium is paid and the policy issued, and therefore should be taken out as soon as any deposit or payment is made.

Passports & Visas:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. You must have a valid passport for international travel and some countries may require at least 6 months validity from the day of arrival.

We are able to provide you with visa information if you wish, but are not liable for the accuracy of the information. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of not meeting the visa/travel document requirements of the relevant countries will be your sole responsibility. If you wish we can obtain visas for you, fees will apply for this service.

Health:
For any queries regarding vaccinations or health requirements for your travel destination please contact your doctor.

Carry-on Baggage & Check-In Baggage at International Airports:
For information on carry-on baggage or check-in baggage please contact our office or the relevant airline.

Schedule Changes:
Please contact the airline or our office prior to travel to ensure the scheduled departure time has not changed. Some airlines may still require re-confirmation of flights.

Taxes:
Most taxes are included in your total airfare price but there may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. Taxes may change without notice.

Agency:
German Australian Travel acts as a travel agent only. On your behalf German Australian Travel will book various travel products transport, accommodation and other wholesale service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail and cruise line operators. Bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions of these service providers. We can not be held responsible for the standard of these Service providers. Any disputes or legal recourse against a specific provider has to be directed towards the relevant service provider, not German Australian Travel.

Liability:
We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control.
